An inventor, from Richmond Hill, Ga., thought there needed to be a quick and efficient way to update patient charts in hospitals and medical facilities, so he invented the COMPLETE PATIENT CHART.

The COMPLETE PATIENT CHART provides a more effective way to access and update patient charts. In doing so, it offers an improved alternative to paper charts and clipboards. As a result, it increases efficiency and it enhances accuracy. The invention features a portable design that is convenient and easy to use so it is ideal for medical facilities.
