Visioneering Technologies, Inc. ( a company that develops products that improve vision, announced that Carol Baez has joined the company as Executive Territory Manager, Orange County/San Diego. Baez will be responsible for introducing the unique, patented technology of the NaturalVue® (etafilcon A) Multifocal 1 Day Contact Lenses and other NaturalVue® Brand products to eye care practitioners and practices across the region.

The company reports that Baez has more than 20 years of lens sales and retinal imaging experience in the optical industry. Her most recent position was Regional Product Specialist Field Trainer at Optos. Prior to that, she was at Essilor, where she was named Southwest Sales Person of the Year and Manager for the Essilor District of the Year, as well as being awarded the Transitions Optical ‘Award of Distinction.’ Baez earned her Bachelor of Science from Kansas State University.

“I am excited to align my optical experience with the forward momentum of VTI’s advanced patented technology,” said Baez. “As I continue down my optical career path, I believe everything I have learned and experienced up until now has led me here.
