Carestream Health has earned a Gold award for Excellence in Leadership Development from the Brandon Hall Group, a research, and analyst firm. The recognition lauds results and efforts from two high-potential development programs for emerging and senior leaders at Carestream.
Bluepoint, a facilitator of advanced leadership development concepts and coaching programs, collaborated with Carestream Health to create solutions that energized its leadership team.
“Carestream is serious about investing in our people. We know that empowered and energized employees fuel our company’s growth and vitality,” said Neil Bryant, Vice President of Leadership and Sales Development, Americas at Carestream. “We are grateful for our partnership with Bluepoint. Their expertise and collaboration were essential for our collective success.”
During the program, participants learned about their strengths and development opportunities available to them. The participants worked in groups and individually to examine and hone key leadership competencies and benefited from personalized executive coaching. Each program included assessments, custom leadership development workshops, and micro-eLearning programs.
As a result of those programs, Carestream has experienced renewed enthusiasm around leadership, innovation and collaboration. Participants continue their collaborative relationships and connect as business needs arise at Carestream.
“Our emerging and existing leaders have benefited greatly from this program by elevating their skills, ability, performance and enjoyment of leading through their own professional growth,” Mr. Bryant said. “Carestream benefits by having key employees who are more empowered and more engaged in making the company stronger.”
Award entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts and executives. The entries were judged based on need and design of the program, functionality, innovation and overall measurable benefits.
“Excellence Award winners distinguish themselves through their growing understanding that all the functions of Human Capital Management are integrated and must work together to move businesses forward,” said Brandon Hall Group Chief Operating Officer Rachel Cooke, leader of the HCM Excellence Awards program.
