Here is an example of how the smooth operation of ELECYLINDER® improved a packaging application. Previously, an air cylinder was used to transfer accepted products. To achieve a shorter cycle time, the air cylinder was operated at a high speed but gave a big shock at the time of the stoppage. As a result, some temporary stops took place in the post-process due to the dispersion of transferred positions of accepted products. Since the ELECYLINDER can adjust acceleration/deceleration, there is no shock even at a high-speed operation. As a result, the dispersion of the transferred positions was eliminated, reducing temporary stops and shortening the cycle time.

ELECYLINDER® makes it easy to adjust and control AVD (A: Acceleration, V: Speed, D: Deceleration), allowing packages to move smoothly between conveyors positioned at right angles without affecting internal products.
