The fundraising was led by US Venture Partners together with Lightstone Ventures, also included participation by Alumni Venture Partners, Wakestream Ventures, Biosciences Research, and Commercialization Center of Western Michigan University, Invest Michigan, and the Michigan Angel Fund, among others.
