The Generation II RAP Acoustic Pulse Device delivers the same tattoo-removal therapy as the Generation I device, but is slightly modified for improved ease of use in the physician's office.

Aroa Biosurgery reports their wound care products, the 8.5 by 6-inch device has been launched in the US and Canadian markets, following its recent approval for reimbursement within the U.S. healthcare system.

The new partnerships are welcomed at a time of growing concern surrounding the recent infectious outbreak, caused by a novel coronavirus, that started in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China.

The kit includes Glucagon for Injection 1 mg and a prefilled glass syringe with 1 mL of Sterile Water for Injection, USP.

Company reports these new optional configurations, which represent Hologic’s next generation of molecular diagnostics innovation, will allow laboratories to scale their instrumentation to meet testing demands in both their current workflow and their future growth plans.
