Chest Wall Innovations, Inc., a medical device company dedicated to advancing the surgical treatment of chest wall injuries, today announced the commercial launch of its PC Fix Rib Fixation System. Since receiving FDA 510(k) clearance in April 2026, PC Fix has been used in multiple procedures at hospitals across the United States.
PC Fix is a rib fixation system available in both PEEK (polyether ether ketone) and titanium, giving surgeons the flexibility to choose an intrathoracic or extrathoracic approach. It is the first and only intrathoracic PEEK rib fixation system available.
