A registered nurse at Interim HealthCare of the Upstate in Greenville, South Carolina, Legare is awarded for her exceptional work with patients and their families and her deep commitment to the health, well-being and comfort of her community following a natural disaster in 2024.

“Nurses like Legare are invaluable in the healthcare world,” said Beth Landry, CEO of Interim HealthCare servicing Upstate and Midlands of South Carolina and Atlanta, Georgia (Hospice Only). “She is honest, transparent and consistent in her approach, creating an environment where patients not only receive the care they need, but also feel confident receiving it. The admiration for Legare is not exclusive to our office or patients either – her extraordinary dedication is lauded by the greater medical community in our area. Legare has earned the reputation of a staunch patient advocate and is known for working tirelessly to secure newer and more efficient medical devices for her patients to improve their quality of life and health.

Working alongside such a dedicated team in a place I love makes this recognition especially meaningful to me.”
