FDA Issues Draft Guidance on Remanufacturing and Discussion Paper Seeking Feedback on Cybersecurity Servicing of Medical Devices

With this in mind, the FDA is issuing today's draft guidance to help clarify whether activities performed on medical devices are likely remanufacturing as well as a discussion paper on cybersecurity servicing of devices.

Brian Taylor has been appointed new vice president of sales at First Databank (FDB). Brian Taylor joins FDB from fellow Hearst Health company, MCG Health, where he served as head of MCG’s premium sales group and was instrumental in driving record sales performance. Taylor will report directly to FDB President Bob Katter.

Throughout his entire sales career, Brian has led high-performing sales teams to achieve double-digit revenue increases and has generated nearly $1 billion in revenue within startup and established businesses. Earlier in his career, Taylor held senior sales positions at Emdeon, Imprivata and 3M Health.
