The acquisition of RMF will help MPE as they continue to expand its capabilities and grow as a global leader in the Medical and Technology OEM market.

The proposed transaction with Bloom includes four retail dispensaries located in the cities of Phoenix, Tucson, Peoria, and the only dispensary currently in Sedona, with a combined population of over 2.3 million and drawing millions of tourists every year.

The transaction closed on December 22, 2021 at an approximate value of $31.0 million, consisting of $16.0 million in cash which is being financed through Bank of America N.A. and approximately $15.0 million in Zynex common stock.

The addition of Omega further expands TriMas Packaging’s Pharmaceutical & Nutraceutical product offering into supporting medical device contract development manufacturing customers.

Quilvest is partnering with UrgentMED’s co-founders, Dr. Jacob Rastegar, Dr. Morris Kokhab, and Dr. Pejman Bolourian, who will each remain significant shareholders and will continue to lead the business going forward.
