Dr. Kimberley Dilts has joined MicroCare as the Global Regulatory Manager and Mr. Dylan Griswold has joined as Senior Sourcing Analyst.

Dr. Kimberley Dilts is responsible for assuring the MicroCare portfolio of products comply with global chemical control legislation.  With a Ph.D. in Chemistry and extensive knowledge of GHS (Globally Harmonized System) classifications, Dr. Dilts is experienced in managing ongoing chemical compliance and worldwide regulations which continue to require regular updates.

Emily Peck, MicroCare Senior Chemist said: “We are delighted to welcome Dr. Dilts to MicroCare. She brings a wealth of experience to the role and will ensure that MicroCare fully observes all local, regional and global regulations to make certain that all information, including data sheets and labels, are always up to date and compliant. She is a great asset to the company.”

Dr. Dilts added: “I’m happy to be joining the MicroCare team and I’m looking forward to helping the company grow.”

Dylan Griswold To further enhance to our in-house expertise, MicroCare welcomes Mr. Dylan Griswold to the sourcing and procurement team. Having held a similar post as a buyer at Savage Arms, Inc. for nearly 6 years, Mr. Griswold is responsible for overseeing vendor relationships and improving the supply chain operations of the business.

“We are very pleased to have Dylan on board,” said Jim Gluck, MicroCare Senior Procurement Manager. “With his talent and enthusiasm, he will fulfil the role perfectly and help to manage the purchasing and material planning for our global production and operations.”
