Jim Hinrichs has 30 years of financial leadership experience in large and small organizations within the healthcare industry. Prior to his current board roles, Jim served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of multiple companies. He previously served at Cardinal Health in various financial leadership positions having joined the company following more than a decade of finance and marketing roles at Merck & Co.

Jim currently serves as a Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Orthofix Inc. (OFIX), Director and Chair of the Compensation Committee at Integer Holdings (ITGR), Lead independent director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Acutus Medical (AFIB), and Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Outset Medical (OM).

Akhil Tripathi, CEO of Signifier, commented: “I am delighted to welcome Jim to the Board of Signifier. Jim Hinrichs added: “Signifier Medical is poised to begin a phase of rapid expansion and growth with the potential to revolutionize treatment for patients with sleep-disordered breathing. I am excited to be working with the company at this pivotal stage and look forward to bringing my skills and experience to complement those of the existing Board.”
