In this interview, Centivax CEO Jacob Glanville speaks with Ashmita Das, CEO of freelancing platform Kolabtree, about COVID-19 vaccine manufacturing, how remote work has impacted research, and the current state of innovation in the biotech industry.

Notably featured in the Netflix documentary Pandemic, Glanville is an immuno-engineer (or an “immune hacker” as he prefers to call himself) and entrepreneur. He developed the core business model and technology for Distributed Bio and its spin-off Centivax, both of which follow a lean business model to minimize redundancy and maximize efficiency, resulting in sustained profits without external investment.
