Lazurite® Names Julia Greenspan Director of Sales Operations

Medical device and technology company Lazurite® has named Julia Greenspan Director of Sales Operations. In this position, she is responsible for leading sales operations, including the sales process and funnel management, sales support and training, and customer training on use and maintenance of the ArthroFree® Surgical Camera System, the first FDA-cleared wireless surgical camera for arthroscopy and general endoscopy.

Julia Greenspan has spent the last 25 years in the operating room/medical device industry in roles of increasing responsibility, from surgical technologist to senior orthopedic trauma sales representative and regional director of medical education. She has worked for leading orthopedic device companies Stryker Orthopedics and DepuySynthes Trauma, as well as 3M Healthcare. In addition to her professional commitments, she remains actively involved in volunteer work for Operation Rainbow, where she works two medical missions per year to provide orthopedic surgical care for patients in underserved communities within South America.

Julia Greenspan has an MBA (STEM) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Davis. She also has an executive coaching certificate from the University of California, Berkeley, and Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt certification.

“We are delighted to have Julia Greenspan on the Lazurite team,” Lazurite President Leah Brownlee said. “Her extensive experience in medical products sales and education, particularly in orthopedics, will bolster customer support and satisfaction as facilities across the country adopt the ArthroFree® Wireless Camera System.

“The ArthroFree System has been used in hundreds of cases at facilities around the country, including NYU Langone; University Hospitals in Cleveland; De La Vina Surgicenter in Santa Barbara; Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Frisco, Texas; and the New York Sports Medicine Institute,” she said.
