Millennium Systems International Appoints Adam Schneider as CFO

Veteran SaaS and Fintech executive brings deep expertise in scaling, capital strategy, and M&A to drive Meevo’s continued growth

Millennium Systems International (MSI), the maker of Meevo, the award-winning salon, spa, and med spa software platform, today announced the appointment of Adam Schneider as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Adam Schneider brings more than 15 years of experience leading high-growth SaaS and Fintech companies through scale, capital raises, and strategic exits. Most recently, he led global FP&A at Lightspeed Commerce (NYSE:LSPD), a global commerce platform. He joined Lightspeed through its acquisition of NuORDER, where he served as both Chief Operating Officer and CFO. During his tenure, he helped scale the business, secured multiple rounds of funding, and played a critical role in the company’s successful sale. Prior to that, Schneider was CFO at MomentFeed, where he oversaw finance and operations from seed to late-stage growth, laying the foundation for MomentFeed’s eventual sale to Uberall.

Schneider’s deep expertise in capital strategy, process optimization, and financial planning will be instrumental as MSI accelerates its growth and further strengthens its leadership position in the beauty and wellness industry. His experience integrating financial rigor into product-driven organizations aligns with MSI’s focus on responsible, scalable growth through innovation that never stops.

“Adam brings the financial discipline and operational foresight needed to guide MSI through its next chapter of growth,” said Connie Certusi, CEO of Millennium Systems International. “His proven expertise in scaling SaaS & Fintech companies, combined with his strategic financial insight, will help propel Meevo’s continued expansion while ensuring we deliver that lasting value we’re known for to the beauty & wellness businesses we serve.”

In his new role, Schneider will oversee all aspects of finance, accounting, and operational performance while partnering closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership to accelerate new opportunities and market growth. Additionally, he will lead financial planning for potential M&A initiatives as MSI evaluates ways to broaden its capabilities and market reach.

Schneider’s appointment further enhances MSI’s executive leadership team, reinforcing the company’s commitment to sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
