RTsafe Partnership Details
RTsafe, the leading provider of quality assurance products and services in stereotactic radiosurgery, and ZAP Surgical, the developer of the ZAP-X® Gyroscopic Radiosurgery® platform, have announced a partnership to promote advances in cranial radiosurgery. Under the terms of the agreement, RTsafe’s dosimetry phantom based on true-to-life human anatomy will be seamlessly integrated into ZAP Surgical’s existing and future global installations. This new RTsafe phantom will be officially presented at the International Stereotactic Radiosurgery Society 2024 meeting, in New York City, on May 12th. This innovative solution will play a pivotal role in commissioning, training, educational initiatives, confidence building, periodic quality assurance protocols, and patient-specific quality assurance, reinforcing the state-of-the-art capabilities of ZAP-X.
