Hearing aid innovator Signia today announced it has been honored with a Platinum Award in the 2023 Loyalty360 Awards for its Signia Aspire customer loyalty program, underscoring the company’s commitment to providing leading benefits, unparalleled support and industry opportunities to hearing care professionals (HCPs).

The 2023 Loyalty360 Awards recognize brands that drive customer loyalty and successfully navigate today’s complex and evolving business landscape. Signia was recognized in the B2B Customer Loyalty category for its flexible approach to creating long-term customer relationships and industry development through its Signia Aspire loyalty program. Signia joins well-known global brands such as Bank of America, LEGO and Tim Hortons as Platinum winners of this year’s program.

“Helping our HCP partners succeed is at the core of our mission, and we’re extremely proud of the unparalleled advantages Signia Aspire continues to deliver to HCPs and their patients,” said Stephanie Miller, Signia Aspire Loyalty Program Sr. Manager. “We’ve designed the program to cater to the unique needs of every practice, ensuring the greatest scope of benefits possible. We’re honored to have the program recognized by the prestigious Loyalty360 award program, further affirming its exceptional value and impact.”

The Signia Aspire program delivers incredible benefits and professional development to HCPs, who can become eligible for Signia Aspire by fitting patients with Signia hearing aids. Members of Aspire can take advantage of Baseline Benefits such as consumer marketing funds, Signia-generated patient leads, and a dedicated customer service number, and Bonus Benefits which include extra co-op dollars, points, rebates or more, depending on their type of membership.

Aspire also unlocks access to a growing list of Brilliant Benefits to help member HCPs support their business at any stage with discounts on liability insurance, equipment, billing services, business intelligence software and more. Additionally, Aspire members earn points for every qualified order, which they can use in the Aspire store for items like audiological supplies, office equipment, Signia products, and other needs.

“Signia Aspire is one of the most flexible customer loyalty programs in the industry,” said Adam Wentling, Aspire member & HCP in Pennsylvania. “You can use your points for meaningful benefits like personal electronics, professional development conferences, practice growth, practice management, and marketing – it’s really comprehensive.”

Signia’s Aspire program was also named a winner of the Platinum Award in 2022, and the 2023 win marks the second award win for Signia this month.

Signia’s Styletto AX was also named a winner of the 2023 HearAdvisor Expert Choice Awards, highlighting the exceptional capabilities of Signia’s Augmented Xperience platform.

Named a HearAdvisor winner out of over 40 competitors, Styletto AX features the world’s first SLIM-RIC hearing aid form factor with a slim and stylish design that breaks down stigma. Styletto AX is powered by Signia’s revolutionary Augmented Focus™ split processing technology that processes speech and background noise separately to create a clear contrast between the two. It then recombines them to deliver outstanding speech clarity even in a fully immersive soundscape.

“These combined wins underscore Signia’s continued dedication to providing industry partners with innovative solutions, unparalleled support and a commitment to service excellence to deliver the best results to their patients,” said Jennifer Wright, AuD, Vice President of Marketing at Signia. “Beyond the great benefits the Aspire program brings to HCPs, we’re proud to be able to support the industry with leading hearing aid solutions that continue to surpass existing capabilities.”
