Topcon Healthcare Launches Customer Care Portal

Leads the Industry in Customer Care, Providing Round-the-Clock Access to Product Information, Technical Support, and Service History

Topcon Healthcare, a leading provider of medical devices and software solutions for the global eye care community, announced today that it has launched a comprehensive Customer Care Portal.

The Customer Care Portal is available to Topcon Healthcare customers in the U.S., Canada, and Latin America, and can be accessed by visiting support.topconhealthcare.com and registering for a free account.

The portal provides instant access to Topcon support, all in one, secure location. Customers can submit and follow up service requests, download product manuals and user guides, opt in/out of alert notifications, access product maintenance and utilization guidance, contact their salesperson, check order status, and have full visibility to the service history of installed products. A convenient dashboard alerts customers to pending orders and open service cases.

The Topcon Customer Care Portal, a first in the eyecare industry, is built upon the Japanese Omotenashi spirit, which is the act of providing memorable service. “The launch of the portal demonstrates Topcon’s commitment to exceptional customer care. We continue to lead the industry with automation and tools to optimize practice performance,” stated Ali Zendehdel, Vice President of Operations for Topcon Healthcare. “Not only are we at the forefront of technical product innovations, we also lead the way with best-in-class customer support. In addition to the portal, we are expanding our nationwide field service team to provide prompt service to customers in all regions.”
